Senior Moving Services & Relocation Management

We will start with a phone conversation and then move to an in-person meeting. We provide every client with a free hour of consultation to understand what your needs are and how we can best help you.

Next, we’ll look at different moving companies, estate companies, and how much needs to be done and the direction/time frame we will need to help with. We will map out everything for you.

Packing can be done either by us or the moving company. Many moving companies will do the packing, but they won’t do the unpacking! We will do the unpacking for you and set up your new home, ready for you to move in.

If the home you are moving from needs to be sold or rented we will stage it with furniture and furnishings so it will show better.

Once we embark on the moving stage we will manage all the moving pieces between the moving company, the estate company, and other options. We will also manage what items are going to family members and what items may go to donations. We make sure your items are dispersed appropriately.

Trusted Transitions will create floor plans, then with our eye for design, we’ll make your house a home.

We can help with your new home as much or as little as you need after unpacking. We can help with setting up services (phone line etc.), or getting schedules of mealtimes and activities. Items may be brought from or taken back to storage if you have things stored etc.
